- No lotions or oils on the area on the day.
- Tell us if you use retinoids, isotretinoin or blood thinners.

- Skip perfumed products on the area for two days.
- Start gentle exfoliation after 2–3 days and continue twice a week to prevent ingrown hairs.

- In summer — before the trip, not straight after a day at the beach: we don't wax sunburnt skin.

About the treatment
Many clients book full leg waxing before summer or a holiday. Lower legs and thighs are waxed in one visit, and the result lasts for weeks – no daily shaving, stubble or razor rash. With regular waxing the hair becomes finer and the gaps between visits get longer.
Full legs or by area?

Switching from shaving to waxing
If you have shaved your legs for years, let the hair grow for 2–3 weeks before your first visit. Shaved hair is coarse at first and at different growth stages, so after the first wax some hairs may show again within a couple of weeks.
Once you keep waxing and stop shaving in between, the hair starts to grow in step. The smooth period usually gets longer after a few visits. Before and after tips: how to prepare for waxing.

Cleansing
Lower legs and thighs are cleansed and dried.
Waxing strip by strip
LYCON wax is applied in the direction of hair growth and removed against it, strip by strip.

Spots where hair grows in different directions are finished with tweezers.
Aftercare
A soothing product goes on your legs, and you get advice for home.

Yes. Lower leg waxing and thigh waxing can also be booked separately. If you want both, full legs cost less.
How often should I wax my legs?
Every 4–6 weeks suits most people. With regular visits the hair grows in step and your legs stay smooth more evenly.
Can I shave between waxes?
Better not. Shaving cuts the hair to different lengths, and the next wax works less well. If a single hair bothers you, use tweezers instead.
