Booking

You can book online, by phone on +358 45 844 8066 or on WhatsApp. You receive a booking confirmation by text message or email.

While Deniza is with a client

Deniza does not answer the phone during treatments. Please send a message, and she will reply between clients.

Cancelling and rescheduling

You can cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment. Use the link in your confirmation, WhatsApp, a text message or a call.

Late cancellation and no-show

If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, or do not come without letting us know, we charge 50% of the treatment price.

If you fall ill

Illness cannot be planned. If you suddenly fall ill, you can move your appointment once free of charge, even with less than a day's notice. No doctor's note is needed: a message is enough.

If Deniza falls ill

If Deniza falls ill or has to cancel for another reason, she will tell you as early as possible and offer the nearest free time. You pay nothing.

Arriving late

The treatment ends at the booked time, because the next client is already on the way. If you are late, the treatment is shorter by that time, and the price stays the same. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may need to be moved.

Payment

You can pay by bank card, cash, MobilePay or bank transfer. You know the price in advance. Extras are added only if you have chosen them yourself.

Gift cards

A gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. It can be used in several parts. A gift card cannot be exchanged for cash.

Health and safety

Before your treatment, please tell us about pregnancy, breastfeeding, medication, allergies and skin conditions. You can fill in the questionnaire in advance. If a treatment is not safe for you right now, Deniza will suggest another treatment or a new time.

Age and companions

Clients under 18 need a guardian's consent. You are welcome to bring a companion.

If you are not satisfied

If the result does not meet your expectations, please contact us within 7 days. Deniza will look at it with you and do her best to put it right.
