When to postpone
  • Pregnancy and breastfeeding.
  • Sensitivity to acids or to the ingredients of the product.
  • A damaged skin barrier.
  • A tendency to post-inflammatory pigmentation (dark marks after inflammation).
  • Active inflammatory skin conditions, cold sores or a skin infection.
  • Isotretinoin or other medicines that affect the skin, now or less than 6 months ago.
  • A fresh tan, Botox or fillers within 2–3 weeks before or after the treatment.
  • Diabetes: the treatment is not recommended. Blood-thinning medication: talk to your doctor first.
Discuss beforehand
  • Medication and recent treatments
  • Pregnancy, chronic conditions and allergies
Before your visit
  • Stop using retinol and acids one week before the treatment.
  • For one week before, avoid tanning, sunbeds and hair removal on the face or the area to be treated.
  • Do not shave the treatment area right before the visit, so the skin is not irritated.
  • Come without make-up on the day, or be ready to remove it completely before the treatment.
  • Tell your cosmetologist about all medicines, active skincare products and recent aesthetic treatments.
Aftercare
  • Redness usually lasts 24–72 hours, longer after a more intensive treatment.
  • From the next day you can go back to your usual home skincare.
  • No make-up for at least 24 hours; after a more intensive treatment, wait until the skin has fully recovered.
  • Intensive exercise and heavy sweating after 24–48 hours, longer if the skin is still red.
  • Sauna after 48–72 hours at the earliest. Swimming pools and open water after 48–72 hours at the earliest and only once the skin has fully recovered.
  • Use SPF 50+ every day. Avoid direct sun and sunbeds for at least 1–2 weeks, longer if your skin tends to pigment.
  • Retinol and acids usually after 5–7 days; after an intensive treatment or on sensitive skin, after 7–14 days. Go back to them only when redness, burning, marked dryness and flaking have gone.

Suitability and care depend on your skin, selected method and its instructions.

PLANNING

When to book

  • Season — autumn to spring, when it is easy to stay out of the sun.
  • Before an event — not right before it: your cosmetologist will tell you how many days to leave, based on your skin and the depth.

SKINIQUE

About the treatment

In this combination two effective methods complement each other. First the skin gets a BioRePeel, which brightens and smooths the surface. Then microneedling switches on the skin's own renewal more deeply. The result is stronger than either treatment alone – in one visit.

Who is the combination for?

  • acne scars and dark
  • enlarged pores and rough texture
  • dull, uneven tone
  • fine lines and loss of elasticity

If your skin is sensitive or you're new to these treatments, start with one method: microneedling or BioRePeel.

How does it go?

First the skin is cleansed and given a BioRePeel, which brightens the surface and prepares the skin. Then it is treated with the microneedling device.

Finally, recovery serums are applied.

Price and duration

Microneedling + BioRePeel C13 takes about 75 minutes and costs €139 – less than two separate treatments (€110 + €110).

Questions

Why combine two treatments?

BioRePeel treats the surface and microneedling the deeper layers. Together they improve texture, pores and marks more effectively.

Is recovery longer?

Skin may be pink and flake after the treatment. We explain aftercare beforehand.

How many treatments do I need?

Course visits are usually 3–5 weeks apart. Your cosmetologist looks at your skin and tells you how many treatments are recommended.

When is the best time?

Autumn to spring, when it's easy to protect your skin from the sun.

Is the combination a good first treatment?

If you have not had peels or microneedling before, it is often better to start with one method and see how your skin reacts.

A really professional specialist and a warm atmosphere. I especially appreciated that, although I had booked a particular treatment, she told me directly that it would not be the best fit for me. She recommended another one (which was even cheaper), and we ended up doing that one instead. I will definitely come here again 😊
