About the treatment
A lash lift curls your own lashes upwards from the root. They look longer and fuller and your eyes look more open – without extensions, glue or daily mascara. The result is natural and lasts for your lashes' growth cycle, usually several weeks.
Who is a lash lift for?
A lash lift is ideal if:
- your lashes are straight or point downwards
- mascara smudges or curling your lashes feels like a chore
- you want a natural look without extension maintenance
- you exercise, swim or go to the sauna a lot
- you are going on holiday and want ready-to-go lashes every morning
A lift does not lengthen your lashes; it raises and curls them so their full length shows. Many people are surprised how long their lashes really are.
How is a lash lift done?
Your lashes are cleansed and a soft silicone shield is placed on the eyelid. Its size is chosen according to your lash length and the curl you want. The lashes are combed onto the shield, then a lifting lotion and a setting lotion are applied. Finally, the lashes are treated with a nourishing product.
Your eyes stay closed the whole time, and many people relax or even fall asleep. A lash tint is included in the price.
Lash lift or extensions?
Extensions are glued onto your own lashes and need infills every 2–3 weeks. A lash lift works only with your own lashes: no glue, no maintenance visits and no extra weight. The result is subtler but very natural.

Price and duration

Questions
How long does a lash lift last?
Usually 6–8 weeks. The curl softens gradually as your lashes renew naturally.
Does a lash lift damage the lashes?
Lashes cope well when a lift is not done too often. The right time for the next one is when new, healthy lashes have grown; a serum keeps them in good shape in between.
Can short lashes be lifted?
Yes – the shield size is chosen for your lash length. With very short lashes the curl is more subtle.
Can I wear contact lenses?
Yes, but take them out during the treatment. You can put them back in right after.
Will I still need mascara?
Many people do not, as the curl shows without it. Mascara is fine after 24 hours.
Can I have a lash lift while pregnant?
It is possible, but hormones can make the curl hold less well. Please tell us beforehand.
What if I don't like the curl?
Contact us within a week and we will look at it together. Lashes are not re-lifted straight away to keep them healthy.
